HERC Curbside Service
While HERC remains closed to the public, we are happy to share that we can now offer a basic curbside service by appointment through our side door Monday through Thursday, 12-4pm, for material pick-up and self-serve access to the laminator (30 minutes per patron).
To make this process go as smoothly as possible, please review the following guidelines:
- Make an appointment by calling 707-445-7074 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For everyone’s safety, we ask that visitors wear masks and practice social distancing – if someone is ahead of you in line, please sign in and then wait in your car.
- Although die cutting is not available at this time, we may be able to pull other supplies (butcher paper, borders, name tags, etc.) if you call us ahead of time. Depending on the size and volume of requests, we may need to ask for 24-hour turnaround time. You can reach us at 707-445-7074.
- HERC accepts cash, check, or an approved school charge account (you may want to verify your organization is approved for 2020-21 before stopping by).
We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we adapt to the times, and look forward to seeing you soon.

Whether at the school, district or county level, teacher librarians serve in multiple roles: information specialists, school library program managers, and instructional partners.
