JSPAC is excited to bring our 2022 Professional Development. This year’s focus is “Educator Agency Training: Deconstructing Systemic Barriers Institute.” This year’s event is comprised of a two and a half day institute, plus virtual accountability sessions that run through April 2023.

Facilitated by Equity on Everything, LLC’s CEO, Joseph Graham, participants will be connecting the dots between systemic racism and the impact of decision-making for underserved populations. The focus is to help educators see through the lines, challenge the lines, and connect the dots. The impact of issues is not siloed and solutions should not be created in silos. In order to address the root cause of inequities in education, we must deconstruct and confront patterns and practices in all areas. It cannot be a silo of efforts, it must be educator agency efforts in all areas of the institution, organization, and workforce.

There are three registration options: the institute + virtual accountability sessions, a one-day only option or there is a group of five option.
