Welcome to the Compendium of Teacher Learning and Exploration in Arts Assessment. This compendium represents K-12 specialist and generalist teachers from across California. This online tool exists to showcase examples of teacher and student work in the arts. Since 2009, teachers have been purposefully chosen for this project based on their innate abilities as great teachers. While some teachers are well-versed in designing formative and summative assessments within their curriculum, some are new to the assessment process. We thank all the teachers who share their work with us and the work of their students.
