The California-Taiwan Projects connects your classroom with a partner classroom in Taiwan to help strengthen global competencies in yourself and your students!

• Foster a year-long connection with a Taiwanese classroom.

• Project includes three exchanges throughout the year. Pre-made project lesson plans and resources are available.

• Meet your teaching partner at the first meeting.

• Academic credit is available.

This course is geared towards K-8 teachers.  At the initial summer meeting, teachers will be introduced to and given access to online resources and curriculum designed to help them foster this connection throughout the year. Most importantly, teachers will be introduced to their international partnering teacher and given the opportunity to discuss how they will develop their collaborations in individual breakout rooms.
