The state requires that everyone giving the CELDT (California English Language Development Test) attend training annually to keep up with test updates and to promote consistent scoring statewide.

Training for new testers will include morning orientation to the content, requirements, and uses of the test, plus an afternoon session to practice giving and scoring the test.

(Experienced testers may attend just the afternoon session to receive the 2013-14 updates and practice scoring this years version of the test)
