On June 29^th,  Our local Quality Counts, Changing Tides Family Services, Local Childcare Planning Council and HCOE are partnering to offer the training Read With Me: Using Books to Develop and Reinforce Social Emotional Skills.  The focus of this training is on using children’s books to teach important social emotional skills.  Each program that participates will receive 13 books to grow your children’s library and provide you will exciting new books to use in your program (a $200+ value).  Books will be available for pick and delivery June 26^th.  The virtual training on June 29^th  3:00-5:00 will showcase the gifted books and discuss read aloud strategies (dialogic reading), follow-up activities and strategies for the your program.  To register, call CTFS at 707-444-8293, see attached flyer for more information.
