We will define Implicit Bias and explore how is shows up in systems. We will provide strategies to address them on the internalized, interpersonal, institutional and structural levels.  We will identify microaggressions and provide strategies that increase self-awareness and belonging to decrease microaggressions in the environment. We will also provide strategies and scripts to address microaggressions when they occur. Facilitated by Sharrone Blanck and Nora Wynne
