Description

The purpose of this project is to develop and deliver a 2 day two-hour workshop to support school district staff and administrators in building their skills around equity-focused recruitment & retention practices.

Desired Outcomes

For those who participate in this workshop is to develop a better understanding of implicit bias and its impacts on recruitment/retention and rethink and revise current and future hiring and retention practices with a goal of increasing employee diversity and equitable retention. This will also be a good refresher for districts that took this training in previous years.
