Join a community of educators who are actively implementing culturally responsive teaching practices. This Professional Learning Community (PLC) builds upon the foundational knowledge from Hammond’s work to deepen implementation and collaborative action.

- When: Second Monday of each month
- Time: 4:30 PM – 5:45 PM (75 minutes)
- Location: Zoom
- Leadership: Co-facilitated by Sharrone Blanck and HCOE Learning Specialists

This dynamic space offers local educators regular opportunities to improve their practice, implement new strategies, and work together to positively impact student learning. We are focused on taking collaborative action in this PLC through shared learning and intentional implementation. Ideal For Educators who have read “Culturally Responsive Teaching & The Brain”, participated in a book study, and are actively working to implement its principles with their students. This PLC provides structured support and collaboration opportunities to deepen practice and enhance student outcomes.
