This is a collaborative workshop presented by Redwood Writing Project and the Humboldt County Office of Education. Join us for a three-day inquiry into effective writing instruction for K-12 students. We’ll explore the philosophy, processes, and application of the writing workshop model.

(We’ll also look at research-based strategies embedded in workshops (choice and inquiry, goal setting, conferring and collaboration, publishing for real audiences, etc.)

All participants will receive a copy of the brand new text, The Writing Strategies Book:Your Everything Guide to Developing Skilled Writers by Jennifer Serravallo.
