Don’t miss the opportunity to register in your area of the state for this intensive 80-hour academy designed specifically for curriculum and instructional leaders managing change to implement standard-based reforms within the new context of local control accountability planning and the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). The Academy focuses on building essential skills and knowledge needed for successful leadership in the areas of assessment, curriculum, and monitoring and evaluation of instructional programs in schools and districts.
Presentations and discussion sessions are conducted by an experienced faculty of expert local and regional practitioners. In addition to the practical and interactive structure of the Academy, you will cultivate a valuable network of contacts to call upon as you continue this very important work.
