YOUR QUICK GUIDE TO GETTING STARTED WITH CLUBS

To start a Club, you’ll need a nonprofit host site, technology access (optional for 3rd-5th graders and required for 6th-12th graders), and a volunteer age 18+ to oversee the Club as its Facilitator.  Then, just follow these quick and easy steps:

1. APPLY – Submit a Clubs Application at girlswhocode.com/clubsapply.

2. PLAN – Our toolkits and meeting guides give you everything you need to run your Club from launch to your final meeting.

3. LAUNCH – Recruit and enroll Club members with our student recruitment resources and swag incentives

Clubs most often meet for one hour per week for a semester or the year, however some Clubs meet more frequently or for different periods of time. Once you decide the schedule that’s right for you, your meetings will follow this easy-to-manage structure.
