ASIST
The emphasis of ASIST is on helping a person at risk stay safe and seek further help. ASIST is a two-day intensive, interactive workshop on suicide first aid designed to help staff or counselors, those who will be intervening directly with students, to recognize risk, intervene to prevent the immediate risk of suicide, and link to resources.
