Restorative Conferencing is a community-oriented approach to addressing conflicts and harm. By focusing on dialogue, empathy, and accountability, this process aims to repair relationships and build a stronger sense of community. The ultimate goal is to create a space where individuals can learn from their actions, take responsibility, and work together towards healing and reconciliation.
Outcomes:
- Learn the fundamentals of facilitating a Restorative Conference in response to an incident of wrongdoing or harm.
- Create a space for open dialogue that works towards a resolution and repairing of relationships.
- Facilitate open communication, active listening and shared responsibility.
