Join us for a one day “Getting Started Overview” of Fountas & Pinnell Classroom ELA program (currently available for grades K-3). This workshop is recommended for districts who have already purchased the program, but please inquire if you want to attend just to learn more -we will make sure you have what you need in hand to participate.

What to bring to FPC training:

• Literacy Continuum
• System Guide(Whole FPC Spiral) and/or Collection Guide (Individual) for each: IRA, GR, SR, IR, PWS
• Interactive Read Aloud: One book with lesson folder, overview card
• Guided Reading: One book with lesson folder, overview card, and 3 GR Books of different levels
• Shared Reading: One book with lesson folder

In addition, it would be helpful to have the Phonics Word Study Lesson Book, as well, if available

Schedule for the day:

8:30 Sign in, Continental Breakfast provided

12:00-1:00 Lunch on your own

4:00 End of day
