Paraprofessionals working with students who have Behavior Intervention Plans will learn essential skills related to plan implementation and data collection.  This training will include an overview of “behavior basics”, the preventative/ proactive supports, prompting and teaching of replacement skills, how to follow reactive plans, and how to collect data on the behavior goal.
